1st
week festival of the muscat wine festival (18, July 19, 20):
In their arrival: making contact with the places and the team
of youth service of the city. Supervised by youth leader and
in partnership with the festival committee, the young EVS will
be mainly implied in the activities below :
- meeting of preparation for the race of the OFNI (not identified
floating objects) on the channel;
- recovery of various types of materials;
- boat building workshop with various groups of young people;
- organization of race OFNI saturdays of the festival;
- storage of the material...
2nd and 3rd week festival "Meeting of Souths" (of
July 20 at August 3): The young EVS will integrate the team
"festivity and culture" of the town of Frontignan.
The activities will be:
- distribution of leaflets;
- installation of the stands and the workshops;
- welcome of the public;
- preparation of the visits and walk proposed to the public;
- management of the stands and of wine-tasting glass to the
visitors of the festival;
- participation in festive and cultural exhibition and events
as technical worker (sound, posters...).
A particular attention will be given to support the integration
of the EVS (knowledge and information on his/her country, in
contacts with young inhabitants of the city, relations with
NGO’s and local partners in Frontignan).
